1) ISRO Syllabus for Scientist Engineer (Electronics, Mechanical & Computer Science)

The recruitment of scientist engineer is done in ISRO every year, as ISRO is engaged in Research and technology development activities as well; ISRO offers job applications for aspiring candidates to undertake development responsibilities of technology. Exam Pattern & Selection Process for Scientist Engineer

  • The Engineering Disciplines required for this post are Computer Science, Electronics and Mechanical
  • Age Limit for this post is maximum 35 years.
  • The candidate should have done engineering with the minimum 65% or 6.84 CGPA
  • The shortlisted students are called for written exam
  • The written exam consists of 80 questions for each Computer, Electrical & Mechanical
  • Students who clear the written exam are called for Interview

Duties and Responsibilities of Scientist Engineer:

  • As an Individual, he should contribute to the organization by carrying out development of new and enhanced engineering techniques.
  • On a large scale he should coordinate with the team on huge projects that require team work. He should be able to able to handle and supervise the work in an efficient manner.
  • He should conduct experiments, in laboratory that includes taking appropriate measurements, recording the observations, collecting all the information extracted from the project and then compiling it properly.

2) ISRO Syllabus for Draughtsman

ISRO recruits draughtsman every year, the recruitment is done on the basis of written test and interview. The skills are also tested for recruitment.

Age required: The age limit is 18 years to 35 years. The age relaxation is also given according to the government rules.

Pay Band and Grade Pay: 5200-20200 + GP 2000/-

Selection criteria for draughtsman:

  • The selection will be based on initial screening that will be based on academic performance.
