Qualification for Indian Bank Recruitment:

Candidates should have passed 10th standard but should not have passed the Higher Secondary Examination of 10+2 (10+2+3 pattern).


  • Candidate should have served in “FIGHTING ARMS‟ in the Indian Army or equivalent in Indian Navy
  • Candidate should be of rank up to HAVILDAR or equivalent rank in Navy & Air Force only.
  • Medical category at the time of Discharge should be SHAPE 1
  • Character at the time of discharge should be “EXEMPLARY‟
  • Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory

Age limit with relaxation:

Candidate should not be more than 45 years of age as on 01/07/2016.

Relaxation will be given as per the norms.
